How I Can Help
I offer a range of therapeutic services for adults, children, and young people — in person and online. Whatever you're facing, there's a space here for you.
One-to-one support for adults
Individual therapy offers a private, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something isn't right, I'm here to help.
Sessions are 50 minutes and typically take place weekly, though we can discuss a frequency that works for you. I offer both in-person and online sessions.
Areas I can help with
Gentle, creative support for children and teenagers
Children and young people experience the world differently — and they often need different ways to express what they're going through. I offer age-appropriate, creative therapy that meets children where they are, using play, art, storytelling, and conversation to help them make sense of their inner world.
I work with children from age 5 upwards and teenagers. Sessions are 50 minutes. I involve parents and carers appropriately, always with the child's wellbeing at the centre.
Areas I can help with
The same warmth, from wherever you are
Online therapy offers all the benefits of face-to-face sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home. It's ideal if you have a busy schedule, live outside the local area, or simply prefer the flexibility of connecting remotely.
Sessions take place via a secure, confidential video platform. All you need is a quiet space and a reliable internet connection. I'll send you a link before each session.
Areas I can help with
Areas of Specialism
Alongside general therapy, I have particular experience and training in the following areas.
Understanding the roots of anxiety and developing practical tools to manage it day to day.
Sensitive, trauma-informed work at your pace — helping you process difficult experiences safely.
A compassionate space to grieve in your own way, without pressure or timelines.
Specialist training in working with children and young people using creative, age-appropriate methods.
Exploring patterns in relationships — with others and with yourself — to build healthier connections.
Gently unpacking the stories we tell about ourselves and building a kinder, more grounded sense of self.
For Children & Young People
Children don't always have the words for what they're feeling — and that's okay. I use creative, playful, and expressive methods to help children and young people communicate and process their experiences in ways that feel natural and safe.
I work closely with parents and carers throughout the process, keeping you informed and involved while always keeping the child's needs at the centre of our work.
Fees & Practicalities
All sessions are 50 minutes. I recommend weekly sessions to begin with, though we can discuss what works best for you.
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation — by phone or video — so we can see if we're a good fit before committing.
Please get in touch to discuss fees. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee places for those who need them.
I ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.

That's completely fine — the free initial consultation is the perfect opportunity to talk it through. There's no pressure and no commitment.
